I’m a writer, former journalist, content creator from long-form to haiku. I can write your press releases, marketing copy, video captions, social media posts or art catalog essays.

I find the story inside the story, and use it to help strengthen community. As a communications professional I know the media inside-out, building relationships to increase and guide coverage.

Awards include Newcastle Nature Stories competition & Society for Professional Journalists (Western Washington).
